Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team at GBC5 Enterprise Services Information Security UK Limited. As a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex cyber security projects, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver cyber security projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and integrate the work efforts and deliverables of a large multi-function, multivendor project team.
  • Manage projects with aggressive but achievable client deadlines.
  • Speak with authority to all layers of depth related to project management methods.
  • Understand Cyber Security at a generalist level and be able to articulate DXC Security's POV.
  • Identify and manage escalations effectively.
  • Mentor and train junior project managers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding and experience of Project Management Methodologies.
  • Qualified in either PMI or Prince 2 (Practitioner).
  • Have a sound project management background gained within the IT industry managing security projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Core competence in Planning, Cost Estimating, Risk Management, Performance Management, Quality & Delivery Assurance.
  • Excellent record of Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience working within the Cyber Security world, managing specific security projects such as Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, etc.
  • Project Delivery in an IT service environment.
