Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Valuation Specialist to join our team on a senior level. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes (RCAs) across various sectors including stadiums, hotels, refineries, schools, and chemical plants.

Your scope of work will include full scope valuations from inspection to report, working closely with our Director who project manages the delivery of valuations to larger corporate clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer
  • Broad range of valuations experience
  • Insurance valuation experience is a benefit but not essential
  • Independent working
