Quality and Compliance Officer

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Deputy Director for Quality at Purosearch Ltd. As a leading organisation in the provision of luxury care facilities, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional outcomes and enhancing the lives of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CQC regulations and compliance, as well as extensive experience in a nursing home setting, particularly with nursing care and mental health. A strong background in dementia care and best practices is also essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining a high quality of care;
- Supporting and supervising nursing and care staff, fostering a positive working environment;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, particularly for residents with dementia;
- Providing leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
