Role Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our occupational health team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients' employees.

About the Job: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of occupational health services, including health surveillance and screening, immunisation clinics, DSE assessments, and health and wellbeing promotion. You will also be required to manage referrals, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and provide training and education to employees. Your role will involve working closely with our team to develop effective health and wellbeing strategies and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting health surveillance and screening
  • Managing referrals and ensuring timely responses to clients
  • Developing and implementing effective health and wellbeing strategies
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Providing training and education to employees on occupational health matters

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or diploma in occupational health, a minimum of 2 years' experience in occupational health, and registration with the NMC. You will also need to possess excellent communication and IT skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full clean driving licence and own vehicle are also essential for this role.
