Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SIPP/ISA Operations Support Representative to join our team at Interactive Brokers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and collaborating with internal departments to improve and re-engineer our SIPP and ISA products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and collaborate with internal departments to develop a market-leading SIPP and ISA offering that ensures compliance with FCA, HMRC, and CASS requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with rules, regulations, and legislation for all SIPP and ISA accounts and provide support with internal guidance as required.
  • Prepare and analyze MI reports on account performance and activity as requested by senior management.
  • Handle queries related to SIPP & ISA accounts and provide excellent client service.
  • Monitor the performance of the SIPP & ISA offerings and ensure company strategies, objectives, and client service levels are consistently met.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' operational experience in SIPP & ISA.
  • Experience in growing a SIPP business within the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Experience with brokerage or financial technology is preferred but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of SIPP & ISA regulations, HMRC guidelines, and pension industry best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
