Corporate Maintenance Manager Job Description

Niyaa People is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Maintenance Manager to lead our asset management plan and day-to-day maintenance and repairs of our corporate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct line management of a team of surveyors and technicians, ensuring effective delivery of planned and responsive repairs.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of asset management strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Manage contractors to deliver high-quality repairs services, meeting customer expectations and budget requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective cost management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in complex organizations, with a strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing repairs services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive asset management strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of surveyors and technicians.
  • Understanding of asset disposal and acquisition processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive asset management decisions.
