About the Role

We're a global brand with a rich history, and our Data and Analytics team in Brighton is at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence. As a Senior Data Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping our data infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration with our new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Principal Data Architect to drive architecture and governance improvements aligned with our Data & Analytics roadmap.
  • Design and implement data models and pipelines for data integration and reporting, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive business data dictionary, promoting a single source of truth and empowering teams to become data literate.
  • Stay up to date with relevant technologies and industry trends to provide strategic insights that inform decision-making and enhance our data capabilities.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimise relevant data services; analyse, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee data governance and security practices, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations and the integrity of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a similar role working with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching wider team members to upskill and meet project goals.
