Mental Health Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at Leader Recruitment Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a client who has acquired a brain injury, providing complex care and support in the WF17 area of Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with similar needs, holding a valid UK driving license and possessing excellent communication skills.
As a Care Assistant for Complex Needs, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and domestic duties, while promoting independence and encouraging the client's engagement in social activities.
The role involves a range of shifts, including day shifts from 9am-7pm, waking nights from 7pm-Midnight, and sleep-in shifts from Midnight-9am.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a strong ability to manage challenging situations, have at least 6 months of experience working in UK-based care settings, and hold a DBS check.
