Christmas Team Member Role

As a Christmas Team Member at Jo Malone London, you will join our vibrant store teams for our peak trading period and have the opportunity to engage with our customers, maximise sales, and be a part of our highly performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
• Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period
• Support colleagues, working as part of a Team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
• Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
• Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process
