Rail Maintenance Specialist

Earning an estimated £49,879 per annum, this Engineering role at Neville Hill TrainCare Centre in Leeds is a great opportunity for the right candidate. With 35 hours of work per week, you will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining and servicing trains to the highest standards.

  • Collaborate with our experienced Engineering Team to ensure train maintenance and servicing are carried out efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to share updates and coordinate maintenance efforts.
  • Use your expertise to conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
  • Utilize diagnostic software to identify issues and solve problems.
  • Share essential information with apprentices and colleagues.
  • Possess engineering qualifications up to NVQ level 3 in Engineering, preferably with an electrical bias.
  • Show flexibility when adapting to the varying demands of train maintenance.
  • Live within a 45-minute car journey from your assigned station.
  • Pass the required safety-critical medical assessment.
