Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a world-class food manufacturing business in Chester. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on a wide range of plant and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of the plant

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
