Their mission is to accelerate the transition to a cleaner energy future through the development and deployment of cutting-edge renewable energy projects. We are seeking an O&M strategy Manager to join their team and support the O&M team in creating a robust Operations & Maintenance strategy for all wind turbine assets across Onshore & Offshore projects.

The ideal candidate would have career experience directly with one of the leading OEM providers and would have transitioned into and Developer/Owner in Offshore wind.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Capitalize the knowledge of the wind industry and the wind farms in client's portfolio on behalf of the technical department, ensuring the acquisition and sharing of experience.
  • Contribute to edit reference documents on wind farm operations, establishing priorities between these documents according to the needs observed or expressed by operators or project managers.
  • Coordinate interfaces between the various internal stakeholders, including departments, business units, procurement, legal, IT, R&D, and other supports.
  • Ensure technology and commercial watch.
  • Direct and/or transverse operational management experience.
  • Experience in O&M contract management.
  • English mandatory.
  • Willingness for international mobility.
