We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical psychology services to adults with complex mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in clinical psychology.
- Participate in research and audit activities to inform service development and improve patient outcomes.
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or its approved equivalent.
- Experience of working with adults with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders and dual diagnosis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- A competitive salary of £53,775 to £60,504 per annum, pro rata.
