We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize sales and individual customer purchases to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with customers to deliver a first-class customer experience, building strong relationships and loyalty.
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, working collaboratively with the team.
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and a desire to succeed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
- A proven ability to work well within a team, using initiative and adapting to frequent change.
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of high street fashion, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
