**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to drive email list growth, customer engagement, and increased customer lifetime value.
  • Design and execute retention marketing tactics to boost purchase frequency and value, aligning with business objectives.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns and provide performance insights to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team and performance marketing agencies to brainstorm innovative ideas and ensure channel alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and leverage this knowledge to build and execute a social media strategy.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Understanding of all performance marketing channels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player, with confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and value drivers in retention models.
  • Experience with email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalization, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
