About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fabric Site Manager to join our team at GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional site management services across complex and varied sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Site Managers to deliver exceptional site management services
  • Develop and implement a site management strategy to ensure efficient and effective site management
  • Manage and coordinate workloads, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure accurate costing and project management
  • Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure optimum allocation of resources and project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and quality management procedures
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
  • Maintain contractual records and attend regular contract meetings with clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Senior Site Management role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Extensive building fabric experience, with a strong understanding of commercial projects
  • Ability to manage and deliver numerous concurrent projects, with varying financial values and scope
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CEMAR
