Home Care Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Adult Support Worker to join our team in Edinburgh. This role involves supporting vulnerable adults, expanding your career, and developing your skills.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to support adults with their daily needs and activities.
- You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of the supported adults.
- This position requires experience working with adults in a residential setting and confidence in using de-escalation techniques.
- You will also be responsible for accurate record keeping and incident reporting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in adult care support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
