Private Health Coverage Specialist

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify their health insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. As a Senior Private Medical Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for presenting complex insurance options clearly and empowering clients to make informed decisions about their comprehensive coverage.
You will analyse existing policies to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to optimise coverage. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and rapport with clients, delivering outstanding customer service. In addition, you will support colleagues in the sales process and contribute to its development.
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with an OTE of £65,000 (dependent on performance), awaits the successful candidate. You will also benefit from a dynamic work environment, hybrid working arrangements, and a flexible working schedule (37 hours).
