Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid working role, and you will be expected to work from our office 2 days a week. You will be joining a small but successful marketing team of 6 and will report into the Growth Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance using marketing platforms such as HubSpot
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver referral marketing and loyalty programs
  • Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and develop targeted content
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influencers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Experience of working in B2B tech, regtech, or fintech would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
