Nursery Deputy Manager Role
Hadland Care Group is seeking an exceptional Nursery Deputy Manager to lead our Tops Day Nurseries team. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £40 per hour.

Owlets is a purpose-built nursery registered for up to 104 children, from 3 months to five years. We operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, for 50 weeks of the year (closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period).

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and manage accident trends, ensuring a safe environment for all children.
- Inspire and manage your team, providing tailored motivation and training aligned with unit needs.
- Efficiently manage resources, maintain routine organization, and ensure seamless communication with senior management.
- Develop settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journeys.
- Uphold unwavering commitment to safeguarding all children in the nursery.
