Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to support our Head of Investment Compliance in designing, implementing, and delivering our investment compliance framework. The successful candidate will provide oversight and advisory services, contribute to thematic review work, and provide pro-active advice on investment management related regulatory change.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on investment related activities to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and risk appetites.
- Contribute to the execution of our compliance monitoring programme through thematic review work and ongoing monitoring and surveillance activities.
- Offer insightful advice on investment management related regulatory change and oversee the implementation of such change from a second line perspective.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Compliance team to ensure mandate adherence.
- Assist in maintaining investment related policies and procedures, ensuring they remain fit for purpose through regular review.
- Support the broader compliance team to ensure continuity of compliance related activities as and when required.
- 3+ years of investment management compliance experience.
- Proven experience supporting an investment compliance framework.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across the compliance team and broader business.
- Strong analytical skills, high level of data literacy, and ability to drive automation and smarter ways of working.
