About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized brow and beauty experiences to all customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for makeup and brow styling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and booking repeat appointments.
  • Teamwork: Assist team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
  • Promotions and Special Events: Support in-store and external events through linkups, interdepartmental events, and counter events.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
