Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter/Multi Trade to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd in the Northampton area. This is a permanent position that offers a range of exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Carrying out a range of construction tasks, including carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, patch tiling, and painting
  2. Working independently and as part of a team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
  3. Maintaining a safe and organized working environment
  4. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, patch tiling, and painting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving license (not essential but desirable)
