The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, and safety regulations.
  • Coaching and mentoring field operatives to improve quality and compliance, and optimizing customer KPI measures.
  • Providing updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments.
  • Carrying out in-progress audits and coaching sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Identifying and preparing submissions for DFEs, and keeping accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.

Requirements include:

  • Understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing.
