Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Machinery Technician to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd. The successful candidate will have experience in setting and running cut and crease machines and be able to maintain high levels of quality and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting and running cut and crease machines to produce high-quality print packaging products
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of machines and identifying any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining machinery in good working condition through regular cleaning and maintenance
  • Meeting quality and productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a packaging or print manufacturing environment is essential
  • Machine operating experience is required
  • Embossing/Debossing/Diecutting/Foil blocking experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and flexibility

Package Details:

  • Estimated salary: up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Rotating shifts or permanent nights available
