Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description: This role oversees SEND and alternative provision across the county, working with academies, trusts and maintained schools to ensure access to the support a child needs, when they need it. Key responsibilities include liaising with schools, identifying resource gaps, and developing strategies to improve support delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in SEND coordination, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred.
