About the Role

Allica Bank is seeking a skilled Recruitment Partner to lead our recruitment campaigns, build strong relationships with business areas, and develop recruitment practices across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Allica's recruitment strategy, proactively building talent pipelines, and devising methods to attract and headhunt top talent.

Key responsibilities include managing Allica Bank's recruitment channels, interviewing and screening prospective candidates, and role-modeling and promoting our culture and values.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, implementing recruitment strategies, and working with 3rd party suppliers.

They will also have strong organizational skills, commercial understanding of the business, and the ability to plan ahead to provide proactive recruitment support to the business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Hire great people at pace
  • Build strong relationships across the bank and partner with the relevant business areas to assess their recruitment needs and manage campaigns to meet these needs
  • Manage Allica Bank's recruitment channels to attract best-in-class candidates
  • Manage and influence the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work closely and in partnership with 3rd party suppliers including recruitment agencies and job sites
  • Interview and screen prospective candidates to provide the business with high-quality candidates
  • Role-model and promote our culture and values at all times
  • Develop and produce recruitment MI to support the refinement of Allica's process and to drive improved outcomes for candidates and Allica

Personal Attributes & Experience:

  • Previous experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and the delivery of recruitment services ideally from an in-house environment or an RPO or recruitment agency
  • Proven experience of implementing recruitment strategies across organizations
  • Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers such as media, agencies, and LinkedIn
  • Experience using Direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling, Executive Search, and working with relevant job boards)
  • Commercial understanding of the business and how recruitment can support the requirements of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, demands, and tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan ahead to provide proactive recruitment support to the business
  • Pragmatic, diplomatic, and a good team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in scaling and building new teams
  • Previous experience of Distribution recruitment across the UK
