We're seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Project Lead to join our team in Runcorn, UK.

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating test teams to ensure the highest level of quality in our games. Your expertise will help us deliver industry-leading projects that meet the intended platforms' requirements.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with production and other departments to ensure project QA requirements are clearly understood and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. This includes planning, creating, and executing project QA strategies, delegating test cases to test teams, and performing assessments of projects with development and production teams.

Requirements for this role include extensive experience in leading QA teams, strong leadership skills, and decision-making abilities. Additionally, you should possess excellent knowledge of game testing models, bug testing and project tracking software (JIRA, Devtrack), and the video game development process.

We offer a comprehensive salary package of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 22 days holidays, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, and critical illness cover.
