A Day in the Life:

As a Product Integrity Engineer at BAE Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of products and services throughout their engineering lifecycle. This involves collaborating with Chief Engineers' teams and playing a pivotal role in the development of the future 6th generation fighter.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000-£72,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave allowance, and access to additional benefits such as flexible working and employee discounts.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in safety engineering, with experience in critical and analytical thinking along with excellent problem-solving skills. You will also need to have strong self-motivation and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating & evaluating Aircraft/System/Sub-System and Support Products/Goods design safety
  • Maintaining and updating hazard logs for the Platform and Support Products
  • Reviewing Platform/Support Products certification evidence
  • Ensuring safety engineering evidence supports acceptable Safety Certification of the product design
