Job Title: Technical M&E Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical M&E Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate of Energy Centres and associated mechanical plant and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPMs ensuring compliance and adhering to statutory regulations
  • Offer leadership to and give day-to-day guidance to the Engineers and Maintenance team members
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and operations of the electrical and HVAC services across the large facility
  • Monitor the activities of outside contractors on site
  • Work with the management team to ensure the quality and improvement of the maintenance services
Requirements:
  • A technically competent M&E Engineer with a time-served apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you will be mechanically biased but have multi-skilled building services maintenance experience
  • Experience of leading a team of engineers on a daily basis
  • Committed to the continual improvement of yourself and your team
  • Legionella awareness and IOSH managing safely
  • Experience and working knowledge of building regulations and health and safety
  • A team player, looking for a long-term career within estates management
