Job Summary

Kestrel is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklift trucks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
