About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large and inclusive Primary School in Rushden. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help
  • Engage with parents and carers to ensure effective communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a HLTA Level 4 qualification and have recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant. You must be able to engage well with other members of staff, children, and parents, and have a positive and motivated attitude.
