Exceeding Expectations
Coleg Cambria is seeking a skilled Work Based Practitioner to join our Hospitality and Catering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing qualifications, conducting training needs analyses, and providing coaching and mentoring to learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess qualifications in line with Awarding Organisation requirements
- Conduct training needs analyses and enrol learners on appropriate courses
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities to learners
- Deliver underpinning knowledge sessions to learners
Requirements
- Professionally relevant qualification at minimum of Level 4 or equivalent
- Appropriate experience and competence in a chef role
- Possess or be willing to work towards an assessors qualification (TAQA)
- Possess or be willing to work towards a Quality Assurance qualification (Currently 401 TAQA Unit)
- Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Competent in a range of digital technologies tools and applications
