Job Title: Concierge (Night)

We are seeking an experienced Concierge or Hall Porter to join our team at a Private Members Club or 5* Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answering telephone calls, dealing with queries, and taking and recording dining room bookings.
  2. Liaising with the Secretary's office regarding bedroom reservations and private party bookings.
  3. Assisting Members and visitors with their queries and requests.
  4. Maintaining equipment and checking stock levels.
  5. Helping with luggage and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out of guests.
  6. Providing door security, arranging cabs, and using the cash-box.
  7. Ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.
  8. Maintaining cleanliness of the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  1. Previous Concierge or Hall Porter experience in a Private Members Club or 5* Hotel for a minimum of 3 years.
  2. Stability in your career to date.
  3. Can-do attitude.
  4. Immaculate presentation.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Great telephone manner and neat handwriting.
  7. Diplomatic, courteous, and well-presented at all times.
Package:
  1. £38K per annum.
  2. 4 x 12h shifts with 2 daytime and 2 nighttime shifts in a week.
  3. Meals on duty.
  4. Supportive and collaborative environment.
