About the Role

We are seeking an engaging Caf Team Member to join our team at Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm-to-fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting.

As a Caf Team Member, you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our clientele. You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Your Role
  • Work in a variety of shifts, including weekends and opening/closing shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Participate in management training and progression opportunities beyond cafe team leader
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a cafe team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given
