Job Title: Academic Professional - Mathematics

Location: Basildon, Essex

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team in Basildon. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in mathematics to students across various age groups and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in mathematics that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of students.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere within the mathematics department.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (ECT's also welcome).
  • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics with the ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful and engaging mathematics lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of teaching and learning.
