Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover the winter period. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing boiler services, fault finding, and breakdown repairs in residential properties across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine servicing to gas-fired boilers (central heating and hot water systems) to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  2. Identify and rectify faults during visits, issuing completion certificates (CP12) where systems meet safety and quality standards.
  3. Undertake fault finding and repair work, including replacement of heating and hot water system components.
Requirements:
  1. Must hold in-date domestic ACS qualifications.
  2. Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1), combustion performance analysis (CPA1), Domestic Gas Central Heating, Boilers, and Water Heaters (CENWAT), Domestic Gas Cookers (CKR1), and Domestic Gas Fires and Wall Heaters (HTR1) qualifications.
