Haematology Specialist Nurse

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Haematology/Oncology department at The Christie Private Care or The Wilmslow, a leading healthcare provider with a commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with haematological malignancies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and coordinate care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- NMC Registration
- Extensive experience in haematology nursing
- Post-registration qualification relevant to the role
- Experience in a Clinical Nurse Specialist role or similar senior level
- Knowledge of national cancer policies and procedures
