About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-confident Lettings Advisor to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Lettings Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: You will be responsible for general administration tasks, including call handling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Property Management: You will be responsible for organizing property repairs and maintenance, coordinating with trades, tenants, and landlords, and ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Client and Tenant Liaison: You will be responsible for communicating with clients and tenants, responding to their queries, and providing them with excellent customer service.
- Viewings and Inspections: You will be responsible for arranging viewings, conducting property inspections, and preparing associated documentation.
- Financial Administration: You will be responsible for invoicing, managing deposits, and handling other financial tasks related to the lettings process.
Requirements:
- Must have a car and UK driving license
- Relevant experience an advantage but full training will be given
- Highly organized
- Self-confident with a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Maths and English exam grades
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.50am - 5.30pm (60 mins lunch) Saturdays 9.00am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch) with weekday in lieu to be taken in the same week
