Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, including managing maintenance, coordinating repairs, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal disruption to our operations
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our facilities management strategy
