Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SkyBlue Solutions. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and general maintenance staff to deliver exceptional electrical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electricians and general maintenance staff to deliver electrical services to our clients.
  • Assist with the recruitment and supervision of staff to ensure the team is adequately resourced.
  • Produce rotas for the operative team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction is measured and objectives are met.
  • Lead on fault finding investigations and propose resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Regularly review engineering processes and procedures to seek continuous improvement.
  • Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure planned and reactive works are being carried out correctly.

Requirements:

  • Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
  • Certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition.
  • Five years' experience as an electrician or equivalent.
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical, building services.
  • Rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning & project management skills.
  • Previous experience leading teams of Electricians and General Maintenance staff, taking operational responsibility for the Electrical service delivery on the site.
