Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience and a strong track record of defending professional indemnity claims against contractors and construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defending professional indemnity claims against contractors and construction professionals.
- Advising on general and specialist insurance coverage and claims defence advice requiring knowledge of insurance policy wordings, the London insurance market, and Lloyds regulatory issues.
- Managing a varied and high-profile workload as a member of a growing team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong Professional Indemnity background, ideally with a construction focus.
- Sound knowledge of court and dispute resolution processes and strategies.
- Confidence in managing a high-volume caseload and working collaboratively with colleagues.
What We Offer
Lipson Lloyd-Jones offers a competitive salary, estimated at £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and a dynamic working environment.
