About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in General Medicine, Vascular and Emergency Surgery, and Stroke teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work autonomously and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement occupational therapy plans for patients in General Medicine, Vascular and Emergency Surgery, and Stroke teams.
- Conduct assessments and interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- HCPC registration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Access to own car for travel between sites.
