Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Culinary Expert to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences and providing excellent customer service.

This part-time position is contracted to 25 hours per week, with opportunities to progress within the company. As a Food Service Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen to customer feedback to consistently improve our offerings.

• Preparing delicious and nutritious meals that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
• Overseeing kitchen operations, including inventory management and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Representing Compass Group UK & Ireland in a professional and positive manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification, as well as experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role. You should also hold a Food Hygiene certificate and have a flexible approach to working.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
