Mixology Expert

Aylesbury Bar Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

About the Role:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and other beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities:

1. Upsell and promote cocktails and other beverages to customers.
2. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
3. Source and procure high-quality ingredients and spirits.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bartending or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
