The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Corporate Governance and CEO office team with various tasks associated with governance, policy management, and CEO support activities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support in drafting agendas for monthly Management Committee meetings for the UK and Ireland; documenting and following up action points with senior management and writing draft minutes in advance of the meeting.
  • Assist in maintaining policy framework within UK and Ireland; monitoring and control of new and overdue policies; reviewing new BMW Group and Divisional policies; publication of approved policies.
  • Supporting oversight and monitoring of internal service level agreements and tracking of internal audit points.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks within the Corporate Governance and CEO office teams.

In this exciting role, you can expect a competitive annual salary of £23,700, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme. You will also enjoy a contracted working hours of 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain a fulfilling work-life balance.
