About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team in Chudleigh, providing high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care, including personal care and support, companionship, and live-in care
  • Assist clients with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
  • Provide 24/7 support for those who need it most
  • Promote independence and empower clients to lead fulfilling lives
  • Administer medication safely and timely
  • Handle complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence
  • Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
