We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Milk Education. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child in Year 2 who has Autism and Complex Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to the child, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the child's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children and young people, preferably in a SEND setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
