As a key player in Consult's sales team, you will drive growth and success by leading strategic initiatives for large accounts. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you will work closely with high-potential clients to foster collaborative relationships and promote cutting-edge products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess strong business acumen, including experience in ROI analysis, P&L, and cash flow discussions.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work creatively and independently to prioritise critical tasks with a high sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drove adoption of advanced digital technologies among high-potential accounts
  • Managed a defined territory, identifying and onboarding new clients
  • Developed and executed detailed account plans, leveraging insights and analytics to understand client needs and challenges
  • Educated clients on innovative products and services to ensure clinical proficiency and successful integration into their practices
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Optimised customer outcomes by orchestrating additional resources as needed

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, dental/orthodontic fields, or other relevant industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in ROI analysis, P&L, and cash flow discussions
  • Comfort with clinical discussions and willingness to learn technical product details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

We Offer:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 base salary dependent on experience
  • 50% OTE Bonus
