About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Sommelier who possesses a passion for wine and guest service. This role requires an individual with a high level of wine and food knowledge, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a related position and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional wine and beverage service to guests
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of wine and spirits
• Assist with wine list development and inventory management
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create memorable guest experiences
